Rachel Burrell

Rachel Burrell is a passionate singer and writer who has been grabbing the attention of many on the local New York and New Jersey music/creative scene with her distinct and soulful voice.

Born in Wisconsin, raised in Jamaica, Rachel has been calling New York City home for 10+ years. She graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology
with honors and a BS degree in, Advertising and Marketing.

She has performed at the New York Institute of Technology, “More Than Me Fundraiser”, The Delancey, Sidewalk Cafe, Rockwood Music hall, Shrine, LPR, and at numerous open mics, and numerous showcases throughout New York City.

She released her EP, Warrior Woman in 2019, which features the acclaimed title track, Warrior Woman.

She followed up with the release of her EP, This Is Love, in February of 2020.
Both of these projects are a fusion of soul music and spoken word.

Most recently, she released the album, “Victorious” in August, 2022.

She is the author of a short story in e-book format, titled, Memories That Linger . It is available on Amazon and Apple Books. She is also the author the non-fiction book, Journey To Purpose, which was published in May 2022.
